Managing IT projects in the payments industry.

Running the 15 strong design department. Driving continuous improvement of the department to deliver performance enhancements and meeting strategic objectives. Involvement in product development and company IT strategy. Development of 3D custom tools using Max Script and production of 3D animations and video.

Freelance production of 3D animations and visualisations, video production and web design.

Management of projects for 2D & 3D building surveys, film & TV VFX data and 3D asset production, crime scene reconstruction and court presentations. Whilst there I achieved the following. Designed the company process for producing 3D animations for the film and TV industry, counter terrorism visualisations, crime scene reconstruction and court presentations. Set up best practice and company process for crime scene and counter terrorism projects including data security and crime scene health and safety. Delivered two internal office refurbishment projects. Successfully delivered numerous traditional surveying projects. Filmed and edited various company videos including a corporate announcement from the Managing Director.

Developing and delivering custom designed websites. Using Macromedia Dreamweaver MX, Fireworks MX, Adobe Photoshop, PHP and MySQL. Projects managed from inception to completion. Ensuring on time delivery to the customer specification
