I act as financial director and shareholder for this fledgling recruitment company in the architecture & design sector. In two years trading in a fairly dormant market the company has reached a Turnover of £1.4m and has made steady profits throughout. I have steered the company into a relatively strong financial position and created financial systems to allow the back office side of the business to operate with the minimum amount of resource.

SIV was a leading recruitment agency in the UK dealing solely in the architectural market which at its peak was trading with a gross turnover of £8m with 30 staff.
