Highlights include: - Established a Python/coding working group for the FEMA geospatial community to share best practices, current projects, and exciting developments with GIS staff in other FEMA regions. - Utilizing the ArcGIS Python API and Pandas, developed a criteria monitor tool that monitored for conditions that may indicate the need to activate Federal response assets.
