I co-chaired Littler's Global Mobility & Immigration Practice, where I focused on all aspects of U.S. business immigration, compliance and enforcement actions, as well as global migration planning for mid- and large-cap multinational entities worldwide. In my 5 years at Littler, I grew the firm's mobility and immigration practice in Atlanta from a group of 5 to 25 attorneys and paralegals by focusing on process efficiencies and implementing a same-day response program to all client inquiries.

I managed the firm's immigration practice incorporating three sub-specialty areas: U.S. immigration, global migration, and enforcement/compliance.

I managed a law practice providing advice to companies in the areas of U.S. immigration, global migration, and enforcement/compliance actions. Running my own practice, I learned the value of the highly personal service ethic that I am now bringing to a global practice. Over a 4-year period, I quickly built the practice from a solo, home-office operation to a 12-person corporate immigration practice.
