PM to the Program Integration Office on the U.S. Coast Guard Talent Management Modernization Effort: Senior Consultant providing direct support to senior military leadership on planning and implementing 40 multi-year initiatives across the enterprise to modernize their Human Resources and Training departments impacting over 35,000 employees. Developed and maintained a variety of deliverables and products including the tracking and reporting of 40 initiatives from the Commandant’s 100 Day Action Plan, developing an HR knowledge management repository on SharePoint, drafting Talking Points for Vice Admiral Thomas (Deputy Commandant for Mission Support) and drafting a Congressional Testimony for Commandant Fagan on their strategic outlook found within Ready Workforce 2030.
