– Provided training to locations across MENA on the RES technology (ran a training school in Kuwait and trained local personnel in Pakistan)– Provided operations manager with best personnel resources to ensure job success.– Providing remote technical/operational support for RES projects– September 2017. Successfully ran the first two RES jobs in Kuwait. Successfully qualifying the technology for the biggest wireline contract Weatherford held at the time.

• Year End 2016. My department: Thailand’s Reservoir Evaluation System Cell (RES) had performed more work in 2016 than any other (Weatherford) RES department globally and at the highest operating efficiency.• June 2016. Implemented a new inventory ordering system for Thailand’s RES cell, reducing running inventory costs (by ~ 50%).• Promoted to General Engineer (highest company grade for field operations) after successfully completing an internal study proving that a specific company technology (MFTD) could meet client demands in the S1 Oil Field in Northern Thailand. The results of my study were published in a global best practices document outlining the sampling procedure to use when sampling oil in wells drilled with oil based drilling muds. It was also used as the foundation of a published SPE paper.

● Successfully managed Indonesia’s first offshore CML project for TOTAL out of Balikpapan. Client feedback survey gave the highest level of customer satisfaction possible.● Whilst still in charge of Indonesia Specialty Operations I also worked on projects in the Ukraine, Thailand and offshore Myanmar.● Initially transferred to Indonesia as "Engineer in Charge of Specialty Services.” I was mainly responsible for Compact Memory Logging (CML) Projects: a technology primarily designed for collecting petro physical data in horizontal oil and gas wells. During my time in Indonesia, CML operated with 100% operating efficiency.

● Cell leader for Compact Memory Logging (CML - a technology primarily designed for collecting data in horizontal oil and gas wells). Working with an Australian team CML team of 4 engineers and 2 operators. ● Chosen as the lead engineer on oil and gas exploration projects within Australia and New Zealand from 2011-2014. While running technical operations in remote locations I was for all intensive purposes trouble shooting ‘at the coal face’ with no access to local support.

Managing a small team (on oil and gas drilling projects) using technical equipment to collect petrophysical data.Responsibilities included: - Pre project preparation work (ensuring equipment and personal certified and competent). - Job execution: Managing a crew, troubleshooting, running rig safety meetings, managing job safety, managing HAZMAT items (radioactive sources/explosives), running software used to program and control equipment, communicating real time with geology and drilling departments during operations, providing an on site report of the petro physical data collected. - Post Job: Providing a finalised report to client. Ensuring post job maintenance followed. Conducting root cause analysis reports on issues that occurred during the operation and implementing corrective actions.
