I love driving business outcomes where my organisation, our partners, and our customers all land on an outstanding result. Great deals require an honest and authentic approach to business, and loads of collaboration! I thrive in a fast paced and dynamic space, where problem solving and creativity are key factors for success.I’ve enjoyed many senior management positions over more than 20 years. My career has spanned several industries, including data and analytics, banking and finance, telecommunications. I’ve held a diversity of roles and accountabilities, building a huge knowledge base, including: Partner Development and Management | Commercial Strategy and Pricing | Product Ownership | Sales and Sales Management.Over my professional career, I have learnt where my strengths lie, which also tends to align with what I like doing most of all. Here are a few things I’ve learnt:- I’m very good at building trusted and mutually successful partnership and relationships;- I have a commercial flair for getting deals done, finding the win-win, and knowing when it's the right time to do the deal;- I’m a strong and ethical leader who cares about people. I’ve helped many people develop their careers.- I’m not flamboyant – I’m calm; I’m honest; I'm direct; and I build trust through deeds and actions.
