Aside from the residential side, I was instrumental in looking for tenants for some of the commercial space available throughout the whole portfolio.My responsibilities were taking calls and emailing to ensure leads were qualified and supplying the leads with any information or direction they may have needed to start the application process, weekly and monthly reporting on current traffic trends/qualified leads, marketing strategies for individual properties, and doing occasional walk-throughs of vacant units when needed on-site, coordinate tours for the on-site teams and direct vendors to the correct contact.I worked with RentVision and AppFolio software.
