My job responsibilities include photographing and managing new and used inventory at the seven branch dealerships within the Auto Group. Tasks vary depending on needs of each dealership. For some dealerships they require usage of a 360 video camera for interior views. For others they need buyers guides created, printed, and applied to their inventory. For all the dealerships I provide assistance with keeping on top of their inventories' journey from first reception to final sale.My average day will involve sorting inventory lists and identifying which stores to visit for that day with my coworkers. I am a part of a two person team under a single manager, so brief discussion will normally occur. After finding the area's of most need, my coworker and I travel to each dealership and address cars in need. We will make sure cars first received are examined to see if they are in a condition to advertise. We get initial early photography if the car is up to the standard of the dealership and make sure to inform managers of any deficiencies. This is not my own or my coworker's responsibilities but providing an extra layer of inspection is helpful to managers and dealerships.Following initial photography, evaluation of cars further along in meeting Rohrich standards is made. For instance a car may have been processed through conditioning in some way and require updated or new photography. Moving the car into good lighting, framing photos to fully show features of the car, and evaluating quality of photos both new and previous are all done in this stage. This also is the section where using the 360 imaging equipment is used depending on the dealership.Finally, for a majority of the dealerships, handling creation and applying buyer's guides and applying promotional stickers is done. This involved communicating with Dealership specific employees over which insurances and policies that specific car falls under and making sure promotional stickers reflects this.

The Cortile is the Italian Car Show, at The Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix. The Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix Association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with a mission to hold a world-class vintage automotive event for charity. It is the region's premier summer automotive event with 250,000 attendees the third weekend of every July. Since 1983 this volunteer-driven event has raised over $3.5 million for the Autism Society of Pittsburgh and Allegheny Valley School. It hosts 17 different car shows segmented by car marque. The Cortile was started in 2009 by my father.Each year my duties have increased. As Ricezione Tenda from 2009 to 2016, I was the first person to greet and meet the car show participants and race drivers entering the car show field. I answered questions for the drivers and their guests while registering their cars. In 2017, I was was responsible for the Ferrari parking and was in charge of the Cortile Shuttle service to the VIP area.Experience- Attending all 10 days of events- Assisting with photography and posting of Social Media for the PVGP events and the Cortile events- Preparing the gift bags in advance of the Cortile Event- Assist in setting up and staging the show grounds- Proofreading the Cortile Website - Cleaning and packing all show materials after the Cortile event- Managed the sales booth for the Cortile at the PVGP Historic Racing Event- Guided and answered questions for the general public
