Mission Hospital is a member of St. Joseph Health, sponsored by the St. Joseph Health Ministry. Our mission is to extend the healing ministry of Jesus in the tradition of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Orange by continually improving the health and quality of life of people in the communities we serve. Our vision is to provide compassionate care, promote health improvement and to create healthier communities.- Management of Mission Hospital Foundation's signature events including Valiant Women Luncheon and Camino Auxiliary Fashion Show. - Active management, recruitment, and training of event volunteers.- Manage all aspects of annual giving support groups including boards and committees.- Provide organizational and developmental leadership to support group chairs and volunteers.- Development of board and membership, gift solicitation, prospect development, and volunteer training.

- Responsible for strategic planning and coordination of all events, both fundraising and “friend-raising” focused, including all aspects of event planning, execution and management.- Prepare and manage comprehensive annual special events budget for approximately fifty events, including individual budgets for each; monitor and report on event-related expenses.- Facilitate, identify, cultivate and steward high net worth potential donors and sponsors for events.- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications Department to develop event marketing and advertising communications to ensure promotion in various appropriate media outlets, overseeing the design and production of all event materials.- Work in partnership with Headmaster’s office on all event logistics including guest lists, invitation production, catering and audio/visual needs.- Develop, implement and manage alumni and alumni parent activities to increase active participation in and knowledge of the school and its initiatives; successfully increased alumni and alumni parent involvement through the creation of a formal Tartan Alumni Association and Parents of Alumni Association.- Increase alumni giving via the alumni fund, major donors and other targeted means; effectively doubling year over year alumni participation for two consecutive years.- Supervise and develop team associates and successfully coordinate with interdepartmental colleagues.

- Created and implemented comprehensive special events plan, produced and executed over thirty events annually.- Negotiated with outside contractors and vendors, reducing event costs by 15%.- Coordinated four regional alumni events and created and carried out alumni donor recognition and cultivation plans.

- Provided campaign support for school personnel and volunteers engaged in solicitation of major gifts.- Planned and managed events supporting school fundraising efforts, including dinner parties, kick-offs, ground breakings, hardhat tours, building tours, receptions and more.- Created and managed prospect tracking system, input and updated capital campaign data in Raiser’s Edge and identified prospective major gift prospects through research, data analysis and reporting.
