During the pandemic, we rocketed to new heights and delivered new and expanded services, including critical COVID PPE supplies, enhanced cleanings, and new maintenance techniques for damaged surfaces from decal signage. We reduced and pivoted existing services in order to support new ones and return savings to our client. In all honesty, the beginning part of the pandemic is easily one of my favorite periods in my career because of the unique challenges that we were able to face head on and deliver successful results.

Led a small team of facility management professionals to deliver exceptional site operations. We focused on our customers through direct engagement, ticket response, proactive solutions, incident response, accurate financial forecasting and tracking, and much more. As the “boots on the ground” team, we were the liaison between Amazon and our vendor partners and property managers. Our managed portfolio included sites in Seattle and Bellevue, Washington, totaling over 1.3MM square feet.
