I am working in Network and Shared Platforms and Solutions, on a "small but mighty" team dedicated to providing comprehensive Database Services, including Calling Name Delivery (CNAM), Collect, and more, to both our internal and external clientele. In addition, we offer a range of Network Services, encompassing Call Set-Up/Tear-Down, Local Number Portability (LNP), and 800 Routing.Our team encompasses a variety of roles, such as Software Development, Product Management, Infrastructure Management, Project Management, Sales, Customer Management, Billing, and Finance. Our collaborative approach ensures a seamless and effective execution of our responsibilities.As a key contributor to the team's Business Transformation initiatives, my role focuses on several essential projects. These include providing Customer Support for a cutting-edge, cloud-based CNAM delivery platform, and ensuring Billing Support for our group's ongoing efforts to maintain accurate and responsive billing processes. Additionally, I am actively involved in identifying opportunities to reduce operating costs and enhance overall efficiency, as well as growing the business through increased engagement with our customers as our product and service offerings are enhanced.
