Founder/CEO\FD of Confectionery and Snacks with sales of £150m in UK, Australia and Europe. Sold for EV £64m in 2012. Supplier of products under licensed brands including Baileys, Magnum, Cornetto, Guinness, Marmite, Reggae Regae and private label. - Formulated acquisition and growth strategy - Floated cash shell and raised institutional equity and debt facilities - Identified and negotiated purchase of targets - Developed Group internal and external reporting systems including corporate governance procedures, financial and operational management and reporting - Led culture change from private to corporate whilst retaining entrepreneurial spirit - Invested in human resources and capital expenditure to best in class factory standards with capacity to facilitate innovation led volume growth.
