• Perform preventive maintenance tasks on the simulators and associated simulator systems.• Perform configuration changes to Simulators and FTDs, evaluate and confirm proper post- change operation.• Perform pre-flight and post flight on all simulators.• Perform visual alignments.• Perform all administrative tasks as required.• Perform Set up, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals. Install and update software and operating systems, Backup Hard disk as needed.• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair or replace most of Interconection system and electrical, Networking and sub system components and most Motion system components with little to no assistance.• Assist with the configuration and troubleshooting of network devices, such as routers, switches, and firewalls. Ensure network connectivity and address network-related issues in Simulator Systems.• Manage and maintain server systems, including installation, configuration, and monitoring. Perform regular backups and ensure system security For Safety Trainng In Simulators.• Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure components like servers, storage systems, virtualization platforms, and cloud services.• Provide support for business applications and software used by employees. Troubleshoot application errors and assist with software installations and updates.• Monitor and respond to security incidents, implement security measures, and educate users about best security practices.• Utilize maintenance management system to record and track maintenance activities.• Monitor Simulator(s) performance and condition to ensure compliance with governmental regulations• Make recommendations concerning needed parts, acquisitions, or other material used for repair and support.• Report any safety hazards observed in work area, equipment, and/or building as per company Safety Management System (SMS) directive.• Run and evaluate required DGCA Approval Test Guide / Qualification Test Guide.
