I’m a Scrum Master passionate about Agile principles and focused on supporting teams to continuously improve and deliver high-quality results. My experience spans software development, testing, and Agile coaching, and I’m currently expanding my skills to take on a Release Train Engineer (RTE) role.I spent some time working as a Financial Advisor because I felt the need to better understand people and improve my communication and coaching skills. This experience helped me develop a deeper empathy and insight into team dynamics, which has been invaluable in my Agile career, especially in supporting and motivating teams to achieve their goals.I recently completed the SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) 5.1 course and am preparing for the exam. I’m also actively studying for the RTE role to further enhance my leadership and Agile expertise.In my current role, I apply Agile practices, foster collaboration, and continuously drive improvement within my team. I am committed to growing as a leader and helping my teams work more effectively together.
