The main Responsibilities & Duties: - Responsible for establishing a quality management system effective and quality culture awareness within the company.- Build up quality polices & procedure that fulfill ISO 9001:2015 requirement.- Ensuring that all department apply their procedures and policies. - Update and developing departments documents and improve it.- Performing Internal Audit according to ISO 9001:2015 & Company QMS Guidance.- Create audit final report in which express opinions, present the audit findings, and discuss recommendations for improvements.- Ensure master machines are calibrated regularly as per calibration schedule at ISO approved companies for calibration.- Awering and training the employee in quality and its importance.

The main Responsibilities & Duties: - Testing and inspection the product while production line .- Monitoring operations to ensure that it meet required standards.- Prepare inspection reports and discuss the results with supervisors.- Provide a solve issues and suggestions to improve the production process.- Ensure that all products comply with required specifications and standards.- Create and record non-conformances reports .- Monitoring and follow-up corrective action of non-conformances.

I have worked with two different Department as CO-OP student, and this are outcome of training:- I got familiarize with Saudi Aramco values and engineering standards.- I got familiarize general instructions and other requirement needed for projects management.- I participated in the review of design packages and preparation of cost estimates.- I participated in the monitoring and follow up of on-going project execution.- I worked with Mechanical technicians to be involve in the day-to-day work activities such as:Rotating equipment's maintenance that includes:- Overhauling- Trouble shooting- Preventive maintenance and testing & inspection- I worked with mechanical Engineer to be exposed to major troubleshooting, reading equipment maintenance manual, identifying spare parts, planning & scheduling work activities.
