• Executing respective activities such as providing partner training, product localization, project consultancy, product repair analysis and technical solution in Siemens Enterprise Communications which is now servicing under the name of Unify and delivers a seamless, secure UCaaS experience with solutions that unify multiple voice, video and data networks, connected devices and applications into one easy-to-use platform that allows teams to collaborate,• Providing training to respective team members by getting trained in the corporate office, grasping all aspects of the products that will be on the market in Turkey, training the local employees and business partners regarding this products and services as well as providing on-the-job training,• Managing the product localization process by determining the legal requirements for use of the native language with product, analyzing all aspects of the product, assisting the engineering-related testing of compiled software, websites and other digital products for localization and linguistic accuracy,• Monitoring the technical difficulties, product repair analyses and opened tickets to ensure all users can benefit from the products and services efficiently and continually assesses needs and requirements.
