Liaising with shipping lines, forwarders, trucking contractors, customs clearance agents. Handling all banking procedures and documents. Preparing reports of contracts and shipments to top management.

Working as Import/ Export Executive for several products including food stuff, cotton, yarns and textiles. My work tasks include searching for potential customers, seeking to open new markets, communicating with customers, negotiating prices, preparing sales quotations, collecting orders, coordinating with manufacturers/ buyers, coordinating with shipping lines, forwarders, trucking contractors, customs clearance agents and banks, and preparing all shipping documents.
