My career journey has been marked by a commitment to excellence, continuous learning, and a passion for transforming organizations through digital evolution.Currently, I am serving as the Head of IoT at IAS CANIAS, a global leader in digital transformation solutions. In this role, I spearhead digital transformation initiatives focused on IoT, IOE, MES/MOM, and IOL technologies across multiple business units. My responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic roadmaps, aligning technology investments with business objectives, and optimizing operational workflows through the integration of IoT solutions.Prior to this role, I have held various positions that have honed my skills in business analysis, project management, and technical pre-sales and post-sales support. As the IoT Product Manager, I designed and implemented end-to-end IoT solutions for clients in diverse industries such as manufacturing and automotive. My role involved conducting thorough requirements analysis, developing scalable and secure IoT architectures, and collaborating with clients to ensure seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure.I have also contributed to digital transformation projects as an IoT Projects Coordinator, managing product development cycles and analyzing customer requirements to offer tailored solutions. My entrepreneurial spirit led me to co-found IDC Bilisim Technology, where I established a startup organization and secured a distributorship agreement with a US company for X-Ray security pass systems in Turkey.My academic background includes a current MSc in Management Information Systems from Boğaziçi University and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Eskisehir Osmangazi University. I am actively involved in professional associations, serving as a chair of the Chambers of Mechanical Engineers and ENOSAD Industrial Automation Business People Association.I am passionate about leveraging my skills and experience to contribute to the digital evolution of organizations committed to growth and excellence.
