Duties:1. Review orders vs forecast and maintain CSL file.2. Follow-up order process from client till warehouse in order to ship:A. Right customerB. Right locationC. Right productsD. Right quantityE. Right qualityF. Right costG. Right time3. Coordinate with production: in order to secure the orders. A. Review production plan in order to communicate customers ahead of time in case any change(s)B. Plan production to avoid cancellations in case of planned shutdowns 4. Coordinate with warehouse:A. Prepare load schedule based on travel lead time to reach destination.B. Split cancelled quantity among customers based on pre-defined priority list. C. Ensure all trucks are fully utilized.5. Coordinate with transportation:A. Monitoring closely all dispatch schedule to avoid delays, cancellations. B. Dealing with border clearing agent and solving issues.6. Coordinate with material team:A. Compensating customer with lost volume in case of material non availability.B. Adjust shipping schedule based on material confirmation in order to minimize sales losses.7. Prepare daily reports for Management & Customers.8. Monitor daily shipments Vs demand.9. Review & update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or respective ministries/ borders law.10. Building good relations and trust with governmental agencies (ministries, embassies, border agents)
