Coordinating Engineering technical aspects of operations and projects and provide technical support, instructions and project documentation in accordance with contract specifications to all dept's and fields to improve the company performance efficiency, safety, and profitability through effective decision-making processes across Tharwa BREDA with responsibility:▪ Ensure the drawings, work instructions and other work are to be in accordance with Tharwa BREDA engineering and industry standards and quality requirements.▪ Prepare all technical documents required for the work order package including drawings, bill of Mat's, weld plans, and factory acceptance test procedures to ensure its integrity.▪ Modify or create drawings, engineering standards, procedures, and documents related to the design, manufacturing and assembly of the product in accordance with know how agreement requirements.▪ Ensure compliance with applicable codes and accepted engineering practices and the effective communication and coordination among all disciplines and all other project participants the coordination of technical activities on assigned projects including supervision of fabricators and other sub-contractors, project planning and scheduling and the coordination and implementation of assigned engineering work.

Working under general supervision of senior engineers, assist in various engineering activities with authority to modify or create drawing, standards, procedures, and documents related to the design, manufacturing and assembly of the product; to improve the company performance efficiency with responsibility:• Ensure the drawings, work instructions and other work are to be in accordance with Tharwa BREDA engineering and industry standards and quality requirements.• Coordinate the technical aspect of customer contracts and proposals, to ensure that the needs of the project are met.• Participate in all technical documents required for the work order package including drawing, bill of materials, welding design and factory acceptance test procedures.• Maintain a technical library and keep informed and up to date of competitor’s technical solution

• Performing periodic inspections and maintenance of Factories: Urea Molding Compounds, Melamine Molding Compounds and Phenolic Molding Compounds.• Performing planned and predictive maintenance• Documenting maintenance activities• Assessing the need for spare parts.

• Fault diagnoses during production and find solution• Writing machines preventive maintenance SOP's.• Conforming to health and safety procedures and policies.

• Repair and maintain plant equipment• Responds to calls for emergency repairs• Installing and operation of equipment and production lines.• Inspects work in progress• Ensure that safe working conditions are enforced• Evaluate work request lists to determine work priority in consulting with other engineer staff.

Egypt

Designing and Manufacturing using DFM (Design for Manufacturing) associated with DFA (Design for Assembly) methods to build designs fulfill requirements, and running Analysis using Ansys and Solidworks softwares. Building Scale 1:1 prototype to run tests to measure their level of function and evaluate testing data, change designs as necessary to bring them to safety, performance and efficiency standards.
