Lead Project Manager to Wadi Al Nile- a large industrial bakery established through a donation of equipment and expertise from Egyptian Authorities to the government of Sudan. The target was to complete MEP works, installation and commissioning of machinery and equipment, begin hiring and start production within 3 months. The project was completed successfully and within budget.My responsibilities included:- Oversee the development of construction plans with selected general contractors.- Manage the baseline construction schedule and provide detailed reports, resulting in 100% compliance with project timelines.- Manage the project's accounting functions.- Maintain accurate project records and documentation.- Manage inspection of work in place, and on site and ensure conformity with plans and specifications.- Manage accommodation, transport and catering for visiting engineers and technical experts.

TAM is a start-up venture in the UAE that opened to capitalize on an expected shortage of re-bonded foam mattresses in the KSA market due to a change in import laws. TAM is a lean company with a total of 10 staff members including manufacturing personnel. My role grew through the years till dissolved. Pancrop is a commercial import/export company and a registered UN supplier. I was involved in a 5-month research project aimed at assessing multiple venture opportunities to monetize an unutilised asset (land). Through the findings, a subsidiary company was established (Alsaraya Advanced Business) with a provisional business plan. My contribution to the project included:- Fact Finding and online research.- Economic data aggregation and analysis.- Collaboration in business plan development.- Collaboration in lead generation.
