Dyeing of knitted fabrics (shade matching, dyeing recipe selection, dyeing recipe adjustment, dyes, chemicals and auxiliaries selection, dyes, chemicals and auxiliaries dosage setting, trouble shooting of dyeing and finishing faults, responsible for quality assurance of dyed fabrics). Production planning and programming, completing an order within the deadline, communicating with the marketing, merchandising, management, customer and buyer. Manpower handling, employee performance evaluation. Dealing with OEKO-TEX® and INDITEX Certification.

Testing of physical tests of Different Textile products (Yarn, Fabrics and all types knitted/Woven Garments etc.) according to different Buyers testing requirements and in different testing methods (ISO, AATCC, DIN etc.). Among the physical tests the following were major: Count/Dimensional stability/Pilling /Tearing Strength/Bursting Strength/G.S.M/Spirality/Shrinkage/Appearance after wash/Abrasion/Sand Blasting etc. Also the color Fastness Tests.

I completed the Industrial internship to fullfil my B.Sc Engr (Textile) degree in Dalas Fashion Ltd. It is a Knit Composite Industry having Knitting, Dyeing, Finishing and Garments Section. Mr. Rashed (G.M - Dyeing) was very co-operative person under whom guidnce i completed the internship. I was able to move in all of their production sections to learn practically the process by his permission. Sometimes he took unannouced Interview regarding on what i learnt. That was very helpful to me to know the depth of any procees. I will never forget his Great Speech " Internship is only the time of practial learning of Everything, after this duration nobody will teach you Something."
