A highly self driven and motivated professional with immense experience across the accounting, auditing and financial management industry.I have 7+ years working as an Internal Auditor for the Central Government of Sierra Leone with the Ministry of Finance in which over the years I have worked in 5+ different ministries and also worked in the foreign debt department and the standard bureau department with the ministry of finance.During my time at the foreign debt department, I had worked with a special task force that undertook a fraud investigations for the central government in which we were able save the government in excess of thirty million dollars ($30,000,000.00) in savings to the central government.I also had the opportunity of working with the fiduciary team set up by the government through the ministry of finance in Sierra Leone in the quest of tackling the covid-19 pandemic outbreak in which collaboratively with my assigned team, we were able save the government fifteen million dollars ($15,000,000.00) from operational officers who tried to deceiptfully conceal these allocated funds provided through the government in facilitating operational activities in the quest of tackling the covid-19 pandemic.I also worked as the head of the internal audit department at the civil service training college in which I was honored to be the first internal audit compliance officer to be stationed at the civil service training college in which I was given the platform of setting the systems and controls standards right thereby helping management develop internal control manuals and policies that certainly enhances their daily operations and in turn enhances efficiency within the work-flow at the civil service training college.In a nutshell, considering the level of experience and expertise i have in my professional portfolio, I have a strong conviction that I certainly can be an asset to any organization that should hire my services from a professional perspective.
