I am a professionally qualified, versatile senior executive who has operated at the highest levels of different organisations for over 30 years. My career has involved working closely with or directly for large scale corporations, SMEs and Business start ups, and my experience spans Public and Private Sector companies.What I enjoy doing most is to initiate, drive and deliver changes that make a big positive impact on customers and communities.I am a commercially focused change management professional, experienced in leading major change initiatives at national, regional or local levels. My key experiences have been in leading large scale organisational and cultural change, delivering process and performance improvement, and enhancing customer experience. I enjoy building effective relationships, and am adept at team building, matrix management, mentoring and coaching.A strategic thinker with a pragmatic mind set, I am skilled at developing and running high quality central services particularly PMO operations. I retired from full time employment in 2020 but have a part time role as a Non Executive Director for CCT Venues Limited which is a leading Venue Services Business based in London. Community volunteering is an area I also have a keen interest in. For 6 years, in a voluntary capacity, I was the club chairman for a local sports club during which time I led a transformation of the club’s facilities. I am a qualified business coach and have coached and mentored many managers of all levels up to MD level. Currently I am doing volunteering work as an accredited youth mentor working for the Volunteer Centre Sutton, to support their Mentoring Advocacy and Peer Support (MAPS) scheme. I am keen to take on an additional part time role up to 1 or 2 days per week and am open minded as to what this could be.
