Responsibility: Kick off meeting between the customer and Factory/R&D. Review design spec and highlight design risk and BOM/Material preparation/Operation risk to design team. DB Phase exit review with RD. 90days material review with the customer. Release long lead time material PO and confirm delivery schedule for MV. Tooling capacity review for MP. Commodities qualify status in SI and PV qualification plan. Unique/Critical file draft ready for material tracking. Long lead time4 weeks> material PO for MV need to be drop to supplier. Gap/Step measure by FQA and calculate CPK for RD cosmetic definition with the customer. ALL material needs to be produce in mainland before C stage. Engineer 2nd source review with RD to reduce MP material shortage risk. Define ramp production capacity plan with Customer. And run in time reduce plan. Daily ME parts injection/output report to visible risk, FAI ramp status update, and order fulfill tracking. Co-work with QM/Order fulfillment to ensure no any gating quality/process impact order. Postmortem meeting review. Material Readiness Assurance: 90 days material review Long lead time>4 weeks material PO/ delivery schedule tracking.
