I am a co-manager of Custard Corner! During the summer months, our goal is to provide high quality soft serve custard and frozen treats including soft serve ice cream, hard ice cream, slushies, novelties, flurries, and all the toppings- with a friendly smile and attentive ear! We are in the business of making people happy! Located in downtown Trenton near the entrance to beautiful Elizabeth Park with its river boardwalk, plazas, playgrounds, skateboard ramp, real pony rides, and more:-)

I work with metro Detroit area schools to present highly interactive, high quality, dramatic, and FUN! educational science programs: during and outside of school, in groups of 8 - 350 children. I also work with our administrators and Mad Scientists; I am cross-trained in most aspects of our organization. I assist in our chemistry lab and in our warehouse. I manage our social media presence including a full-color, professionally produced monthly newsletter; Facebook; Twitter; and direct communication. I am also a Mad Science Instructor.

I also participated in several educator externships, sponsored by the Oakland Intermediate School District and partnered with Lamb Technicon, Modern Prototype, and a local printing press to learn about local industry.
