Lead a global team responsible for driving all of IBM’s Infrastructure Services (IS) business to be priced competitively in the market. In addition, we drive IBM’s internal cost rates such that they are competitive when taken to price for new and existing offerings. Finally, the team defends IBM’s outsourcing pricing in contractual third party benchmarks. For 2015, the team set the market target for over 300 outsourcing deals worth over $18B TCV and defending existing revenue in benchmarks worth $3B in backlog TCV

Led a team responsible for ensuring IBM’s North America strategic outsourcing deals are market competitive and defendable in a contractual benchmark. Led the team to record results in 2012 - the team ensured $8.7 B worth of IBM outsourcing revenue was market competitive and defended over $800M TCV in contractual price benchmarks.

Lead two significant projects for IBM’s US strategic outsourcing organization. Architected and currently leading an effort to enable India and Argentina global delivery resources to perform solution design work for US led outsourcing engagements. Also lead a team of server experts in driving innovation and productivity in our outsourcing solutions. Team is responsible for providing real-time critical engagement support as well as creating re-usable intellectual capital that improves the overall effectiveness of the technical architect teams.

Managed a team of highly skilled technical architects responsible for commercial customer Strategic Outsourcing engagements. Successfully contributed to new business signing targets and met cost containment objectives while maintaining high team morale. Received a 100% approval rating from my own team for overall effectiveness as a manager.
