I am a innovative expert and self-proclaimed insurance nerd with a focus on solving problems for employers and brokers. I tell stories to employers with data. My goal is simple. Make employee benefits easy to understand and simple. Benefits in particular has gotten very confusing and needed a change. I am proud to be the agent of change. Today, we do not use traditional tactics to solve these problems. Excited to be involved in some groundbreaking endeavors, solving the health care puzzle. The development of alternate funding and pulling the lid off the high cost of Rx is a passion. Today, the answer to many employers issues lies within the ICHRA.
