Provides support to the Human Resources Department by assisting in the administration and day-to-day operations of the human resources functions.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing support in the following areas: benefits and payroll administration, recruiting and staffing, training and development, associate file maintenance and recordkeeping, and awards program management.

Implement personnel management procedures for 500 personnel, including interpretation and administration of Army personnel test. Monitor line of duty investigations and review casualty reports; review requests for reassignment due to family hardship consideration, Process personnel pay and new employee orientation; prepare 100 personnel evaluation reports; review mid- to senior-level promotion recommendations, Request school seats and special assignments for unit personnel, Supervise medium to large personnel office with specific personnel functions, including Human Resource Department and personnel services support activity • Advise senior commander, adjutant and other staff members on all personnel administration activities
