Authored several OECD leading reports on shaping a just digital transformation, building resilience to crises, reforming the international aid system, leaving no one behind, and data for development. Set up several international networks for dialogue and peer learning among chief economists of development agencies and finance institutes; OECD and civil society organisations; community of practice on poverty and inequalities; data for development network and communication chiefs of development agencies. Views are my ownPrior to joining OECD Development Co-operation, researcher on civil society, public opinion and social development at the Development Centre of the OECD; development policy attaché at Ireland’s permanent representation to UNESCO and OECD; and researcher in the NGO sector in Ireland: Development Education for Youth and Timor Leste – Ireland solidarity campaign.
