- Create and lead a custom design process and product lifecycle from concepts to launch, serving 200+ enterprise clients. (true to oct 2017).- Working closely with the Product team, helping translating customer business needs and product requirements into the right UX experience through varied deliverables.- Responsible for leading the Design team work, mange designers time, scope, priorities and approve all visual deliveries entering the product.- Creating wireframes, user flows, process flows, interaction prototypes site maps and detailed user interface specifications to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.- Analyze products and create various product research deliverables (i.e. heuristic evaluation, stakeholder interviews, ux inspiration research etc.)- Presenting and communicating research findings, Design Solutions & UI Concepts to - stakeholders and executives, defend design decisions and incorporate feedback into the design cycle. - Collaborate with key project team members, including visual designers, product managers and technology leads to deliver end-to-end solutions.- Working in an agile continues delivery methodology.

- Lectures on a variety of topics such as: Tablet-Mobile Experience, Responsive Design, Axure Prototyping & E-commerce. - Mentoring Students and provide personal guidance along the UX course.

- Conducting user and market research.- Define information architecture and product concept- Presenting and communicating research findings, Design Solutions & UI Concepts to stakeholders and executives, defend design decisions and incorporate feedback into the design cycle.- Working with product managers to gain better perspective regarding the business requirements to help forming the product vision- Collaborating with designers, developers and product managers, while accompanying the implementation process- Creating rapid interactive prototypes as needed to simulate the experience & interactions using Axure RP- Conducting usability testing & end-user testing, using Eye-tracking technology
