Entertainment mission is to form a "Girls Youth Base" interactive social group that's not only focused on transmitting knowledge but also aims at shaping attitudes and developing interpersonal skills. Our main aspiration is life skills; helping enhance young girl's ability to take responsibility for making healthier choices, resisting negative pressures, and avoiding risk behaviors. We also specialize in Youth Event Planning. Planning events for different generations can be particularly challenging but the most challenging is planning events for young people. Being aware of the needs of your audience is critical in ensuring the long term success of the event.Our work includes workshops, retreats, festivals, concerts, fundraisers, banquets, seminars, and private parties i.e., Sweet Sixteen's, Graduation's, etc. - All of which are targeted at young people - either on their own or as part of youth groups.

Mission and Vision:The H.O.P.E. Project is a Pilot training and development program for young adults designed to prepare participants for an entry-level position as a Helpdesk Support Professional. By design, the H.O.P.E. Project provides high quality technical and soft skills training targeting economically and socially disadvantage young people ages 18-25. The Mission includes preparing particiapnts to pass several technical certifications, from Microsoft and CompTIA. H.O.P.E. provides a unique learning environment, with quality instructors, industry approved curriculum and social coaching.The Purpose:The need for meaningful job opportunities for young people in Washington DC ages 18-25 is well documented and communicated. Equally well known is the need to provide qualified candidates to meet today's tough job market. The H.O.P.E. method and content are designed to produce techy savvy professionals qualified for entry level technical support positions. Transforming the H.O.P.E. participant from an unemployed or under-employed young person takes innovation, inspiration, involvement, and investment. This project will serve as a blueprint for other organizations to model their career training programs.

Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the foundation. Support and facilitate development and implementation of business/marketing plans. Plan and administer the foundation’s Marketing Operations budget; support development of regional marketing budgets. Oversee the Charitable Contributions Foundation. Organize and implement client relations including: client satisfaction surveys, client development activities, client skills training, special events Oversee corporate communications activities through communications Coordinator including: external communications and systems, internal communications and systems, public relations efforts , external vendors and consultantsDevelop and administer marketing database which includes client and prospect information, mailing list applications, access to financial reports, etc.Assist with and support foundation’s involvement in various legal networks including coordinating business development and marketing activities via these relationships.Supervise Marketing Assistant, Client Services Administrator, Communications Manager, Practice Development Manager and Regional Marketing Manager(s). Make staffing and hiring decisions within marketing department.
