1. Act as the primary reference point for EDI (Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion) matters for staff, country leadership team, and wider management team.2. Proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders to raise awareness and deepen understanding of EDI principles and practices.3. Provide strategic leadership to the Country EDI Working Group, fostering collaboration and driving initiatives to promote inclusivity and diversity.4. Take ownership of implementing the country-specific EDI action plan, working closely with the country director to ensure alignment with organisational goals.5. Lead the preparation for the country's Diversity Assessment Framework (DAF) submission, ensuring accurate representation and adherence to established guidelines and benchmarks.6. Drive continuous improvement efforts in EDI practices and policies, leveraging data and feedback to inform decision-making and enhance organisational culture.7. Serve as a trusted adviser to leadership on EDI-related matters, offering insights and recommendations to foster a more inclusive and equitable workplace environment.8. Champion EDI initiatives internally and externally, advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion as integral components of organisational success and social responsibility.9. - Mentor new BCSAs and recommend.- Support Professional Partnership programme, matching eligible schools of Nepal and the UK.- Deliver Pre departure orientation and interview. - Deliver professional development workshops in the assigned districts and cascade training to teachers-Support schools in ISA and perform regular monitoring activities-Engage in feedback and school visits for the final ISA assessment-Participate actively in the Global BCSA forum on the BCSO website and contribute to discussions-Coordinate with the local DEO (District Education Officer) and work on the curriculum mapping.

Continuous follow up and arranging transportation is expected.-Handle first hand queries for all schools regarding documentation required to acquire visa support letters from the British Council.-Ensure all BCSAs send in their monthly/bimonthly reporting of ISA schools progress.-Monitor, coordinate and manage school visits of BCSAs.-Manage payments of BCSAs.-Divide ISA schools amongst the pool of BCSAs.-Support in building robust database management of Connecting Classrooms programme.-Support the Schools team to maintain ISA database for 2019-20 Cohort-Support in venue identification for ISA orientation in different provinces.-Other logistics and administrative support as required
