• Team manager in two projects – A (GAV c.1.200mm€) / B (GAV c.700mm€)– consisting in the analysis and restructuring of the assets and debt of the company
• Member of team reviewing the SAREB business plan for the new management team (new entity created by the Bank of Spain in order to clean the balances of the four nationalised banks)
• Member of team selling a REO portfolio of c. 120mm€ on behalf of a Spanish bank. My specific role consisted on the asset selection, portfolio structure and target value estimation of the assets.

• Team manager in the analysis and due diligence of a Sale & Leaseback by the Catalan Regional Government acting on behalf of Moorpark and Och-Ziff (c. 420mm€)
• Team manager giving strategic advice to several family offices in alternatives for its asset (sell, refurbish, reconvert to different uses) that maximize value and/or cash flow, analyzing the scenarios and giving.
• Analysis of real estate assets of Inmobiliaria Colonial on behalf of an opportunistic fund for a debt acquisition
• Main clients: Banc Sabadell, Global d’Inversions, Pich-Guilera FO, Moorpark, Och-Ziff, Perella Weinberg Partners, Catalunya Caixa

• Most relevant roles include:
• Analysis of potential purchases for the fund of funds and UK segregated accounts
• Management of current investments in funds (proxy votes, attending shareholders meetings, potential equity calls and redemptions)
• Writing performance and strategic reports for the fund of funds and UK segregated accounts
