AlgalTech is a technology startup that has developed a disruptive and vastly scalable technology platform to efficiently produce nutritious fresh sea vegetables which, among other applications, will become a key ingredient to replace animal protein at the best price and top quality. Our products, Aonori (Ulva clathrata) and Sea Lettuce (Ulva lactuca), are rich in highly bioavailable vegetable protein (26%, with a biologically complete amino acid profile) and soluble fiber (25%). The amount of protein in these products is comparable to the average amount of protein in beef (26% to 28%).
