Responsibilities include:- Developing a vision for end-to-end capital planning (strategic planning, budgeting and accountability) with our Corporate Finance team, aimed at reducing process weight while improving decision quality- Shaping our understanding of Google’s long-term performance, from Revenue, through Op Inc, to Free Cash Flow. Our analysis form the basis of both external and internal facing decisions. - Helping to drive improved quality of underlying Long Range Plans across the business through clear driver-based models, metrics and milestones. - Providing critical updates through our CFO to Google’s board and internal exec forums

Manage a small, talented team of analysts in the EMEA Central Business Finance team, focused on partnering with the President of EMEA Business & Operations. This analysis-oriented team is tasked with providing key insights and shaping decision making with the goal of sustaining long term growth of the Ads business.The team also plays a unique role in using technical solutions to bring scale to the rest of the Sales Finance organisation, with aspects of Business Intelligence (e.g., management information reporting), Data Science (e.g., forecasting) and Product Management (e.g., tools to improve finance and sales efficiency)Further repsonsibilities include shaping the EMEA annual plan, driving business reviews, and determination of sales targets
