• Headed project to transfer customer’s manufacturing from the US to Singapore. Oversaw all aspects of the process from material sourcing, to facility prepardeness, to personnel. The success of the project was crucial in maintaining a significant amount of business for the company.• Worked to reduce annual cost by over $8M for customer by analyzing tiered pricing and implementing an improved buying strategy.

• Redesigned Olander’s home page icons and website layout. After re-design, customer engagement increased by 480% while number of views increased by 265%.• Worked with web programmer to design company intranet. Created a variety of icons as well as provided creative and technical feedback. The intranet has streamlined all information for employees and is instrumental in improving company wide communication.• Designed Olander’s trade show booth and banners as well as car wraps for company delivery vehicles. Worked with outside vendors to ensure all specifications and timelines were met.• Created a series of training/educational videos. Was responsible for all creative aspects of the videos including shooting the videos and editing the content. These videos are being used as marketing collateral and were instrumental in new business development during the pandemic.
