Managed HP’s global SAP architecture/delivery team consisting of 250 WW IT engineers chartered to transform the previously disparate SAP instances and other legacy HP systems into a common and integrated environment. Managed consolidation of the Factory Systems and Electronic Tooling departments. Realigned group to be customer focused by involving Manufacturing Engineering and Production in the design, review, testing, and change management processes. Reduced unplanned factory system downtime by over 90%.
