Leading three teams designing an Event Change Management cloud native software suite with a delivery deadline to meet a Tranche of migration work required to complete the spin-off of Brightspeed from Lumen.

As part of a multinational agile team, led development on the following tools to transition a legacy network management tool to the cloud.*1. Solely developed custom query api to postgresql library for node/express to handle necessary data queries from relational tables with complex jsonb objects. Library now in active use across dozens of the client's micro-services.2. Migrated an opensource datagrid in React, used by the client's companywide UI library to a performant, configurable grid that utilized memoization and virtual scroll strategies to improve user experience.3. Led development with the project's SA on a Module Federation backed micro-frontend architecture that allowed users a lightweight web interface for specific tasks and a dashboard interface with an overview of configurable network management panels.4. Revamped css naming conventions as a necessary step to avoid conflicts with a modular micro-frontend environment.5. Solely developed a custom react hooks library to allow easy development with common front end tasks such as backend queries, user experience config management, and authentication.*Received Best Rookie and RISE award in first two years on project.
