Hello world of LinkedIn, I'm Ieuan Thomas and I'm a Recruitment Consultant at Royal Educare based in Bridgend, South Wales. We are an award-winning recruitment agency offering truly dependable staffing for your health, social care organisation. Previously I worked within a customer facing role in a local desert shop. This was fast paced role in which I learnt excellent customer care whilst developing my personal phone manner taking orders on a day to day basis. This role really helped me come out of my shell and built my confidence to make me the person I am today. During my education I became competent in all ICT, Maths, English, Science and Basic skills. I find myself here at Royal Educare today having gone through the kickstart scheme. This position enticed me as I have great communication and people skills and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Being the first point of contact on a candidates journey in to work is an extremely satisfying position to be in. My hobbies outside of the day to day busy schedule include spending time with my friends, seeing nice places (which don't involve going on a plane - PHOBIA) and playing and watching any sport I can.
