- Analyse store sales trends and feedback to Area Manager/Company Director to maximise potential revenue.- Work closely with area manager and partner brand representatives to ensure a product buy that fit the needs of our customers. - Increase awareness of the store through external partnerships with local gyms, running clubs and the national governing body for athletics in Wales, Welsh Athletics.- Organise training days with technical reps of our partner brands.- Responsible for all aspects of social media across the entire company.- Perform bi-annually performance reviews with all staff members to ensure consistently high performance in store.- Responsibility for accurate stock maintenance across the store to reduce shrink.- Handle all customer queries and concerns.- Perform regular staff training on both product and service to facilitate best practice.- Train all new staff members in product, service and store admin tasks.- Set up a Moti Run Club within store to increase our profile within the running community and offer extended services to local runnners looking for a social running group.- Perform daily store tasks including internet sales and biomechanical gait analysis.

Attended on a scholarship to compete in Cross-Country & Track and Field. Achieved a maximum 4.0 GPA throughout my studies. Modules of interest included Sports Psychology, Motor Development and Recreation and Sports Marketing.

• Lead the ‘on-day’ operations and media communications of Nike Cardiff Run Club (a free running club that meets at the Nike Store every Monday and Wednesday). I worked to build the participant base of runners attending the run club through special events, online communication and in-store marketing. The club has grown to over 200 individuals.• Build relationships with customers by providing an individualised approach and understand each customer’s personal needs. My expertise of the product and willingness to connect with the customers has led to tens of thousands of pounds in revenue for the store and many new members attending the run club.• Conduct staff training on new products and digital services that will be offered by Nike and/or in store.
