• Administrating LDAP, DNS, DHCP, File Server, IIS, GFS2, FTP Server, Direct Access, Terminal Server, Certificate Server Setup & Configure with Troubleshooting.• Administrating Mail Server, Mail Database, Mailbox, Archive Mailbox, DAG, User Rule & Policy Setup & Configure with Troubleshooting.• Configuring Server (Windows, Linux) and application CLUSTER for high data availability and Monitoring System Configuration Changes, Faults, Resource Utilization, Security & Performance.• Designing Cloud Based Services and Solution• Analyzes system faults, troubleshoots, and runs diagnostic tests on operating systems and hardware to detect problems.• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support.• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.• Maintain and documenting ISO 27001 standards and SOC2 compliance.• Conduct Information Security Awareness Training.
