CurrentMy Duties & Responsibilities:• Assess the job requirements from each department. Then publish or post job vacancy on job portals.• Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process. • Preparing new employee files.• Monitoring training procedures for new employees.• Work with the company CEO to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.• Check daily work evaluation report and taking action accordingly.• Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees. Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have.• Monitoring employees Attendance, Time-management, Updating leave status etc.• Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system. • Maintaining current HR files and databases• Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records• Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
