I worked with town staff to provide technical solutions for the Emergency Operations Center's (EOC) response to the COVID-19 pandemic. This involved setting up & provisioning access to services such as Slack, Trello and Google Drive, then developing training material and training EOC staff on their usage. This removed the need for in-person meetings and allowed the EOC to meet virtually; this was crucial to ensuring the safety of the EOC members.

As a security engineering intern, I was responsible for developing several tools to improve security at SIG. I spent time working on three projects. The first was an integration between an enterprise password management solution and LAPS. My second project was to research ways to manage browsers deployed to SIG endpoints. The final project was developing a series of powershell scripts to deploy and manage Windows Defender on servers with sensitive workloads.
