As International Network Coordinator, I was responsible for overseeing the commercial and business origination strategy of SACE’s foreign offices within a dynamic and rapidly expanding context, with a particular focus on emerging markets in Asia, Africa, and South America.𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:▪ Coordinating the business strategies of foreign offices, with continuous performance monitoring.▪ Overseeing the opening of new offices abroad, managing everything from staff selection to institutional relations with embassies and local partners.▪ Organization of international events and seminars to promote the SACE brand and strengthen our presence in key regions.▪ Managing and monitoring the division's budget, providing detailed reports on resource allocation and local operational expenses.During my tenure, I supported the expansion of SACE's international network, contributing to the opening of four new foreign offices, bringing the total to ten operational locations. Through my strategic coordination and accurate budget management, I ensured effective alignment between corporate directives and office activities, delivering tangible results in terms of business origination, strategic partnerships, and enhanced SACE brand visibility in international markets.

I joined SACE as Executive Assistant in the Business Area, working directly with the Central Director to provide strategic and operational support. I was responsible for organizing domestic and international trade missions, preparing presentations and memos, managing the division's budget and drafting monitoring reports, helping coordinate activities within the area, which comprised over 150 people. Due to my attention to detail and strong organizational skills, I became a benchmark for the Executive Assistant role, with a high level of autonomy that enabled me to handle many communications directly, representing the director. This experience allowed me to strengthen key skills in the operations, organization, and stakeholder relations, providing a solid foundation for my progressive career growth within the company.

The Berne Union is the global association of credit and investment insurers. With 85 members from countries around the world, it serves as a platform for exchange and networking between public and private financial institutions, promoting collaboration and the sharing of critical information for the industry. While it does not have a regulatory role, it plays a pivotal part in facilitating discussions on innovative strategies and solutions for export support and risk management, particularly in areas not addressed by supranational regulations.During the referenced two-year period, I was the elected Vice Chair of the Export Credit Agencies (ECAs) Committee, recognizing my contributions to the international relations developed at SACE. Over a decade, I represented SACE on the Management Committee of the Berne Union, chairing member meetings, setting strategic agendas and coordinating initiatives to strengthen global cooperation among Export Credit Agencies. I also represented the association at international conferences and spearheaded collaborative projects that had a significant impact.This experience enabled me to build a robust international network and refine my diplomatic and leadership skills in complex, multicultural contexts. I fostered dialogue among diverse stakeholders, contributing to the Berne Union's growth and global positioning within a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Initially hired as a receptionist, I quickly took on more responsibilities and eventually became an Executive Assistant.
