Managing our enthusiastic, multidisciplinary student team of over 30 people by means of communicating and finding the strengths of each individual member, organizing the inner workings of the team, as well as collaborating with partners to ensure the team can meet its many ambitious goals of the year. My job is to create and strengthen our strategic ties, create opportunities, and encourage the personal growth of each team member.

Worked hard to ensure that the brand of Team Polar became recognizable both on campus for students and out of campus for partners. Led a small team of marketing executives to create content and better cement the name "Team Polar" with our mission and goals. Spearheaded recruitment for the team allowing us to get our first full-timers with 10 total and over 60 applicants (the most the team has had thus far).

I helped design the general structure of the first prototype of the team, the Ice Cube. Dove into the practical aspects of building the chassis through the manner of workshop work, as well as the designing process (both through CAD software design and analytical thought process). I was in charge of various small projects as well like the installation of the gas struts and reinforcement of the body panels.

I am grateful for the opportunity to guide new Mechanical Engineering first year students to learn more about the TU/e and feel more at home. My role is to meet and guide over approximately 15 first year students in the most optimal path for them by taking into account their strengths and weaknesses as well as making them feel comfortable in their new environment
