I built a European distribution/sales network for an American Medtech company. In some countries we went directly in others we worked with distributors. I managed both the sales team as the distributors. We initiated several courses and congresses through Europe. The product is a medical device for oncology specialists. In 2008 when the organisation was built and sales on track I took the responsibility and succeded to expend to Russia, Belarus, Saudi Arabia and Northern Africa.

Rotterdam Area, Netherlands

We built a company that imported consumer goods from Hong Kong/China and sold it in Benelux, UK, Germany and Austria (0,5 M euro turnover). Customers were wholesalers like Makro, Office Center, Sligro, Delhaize, etc. We developed several products and concepts including a gimmick for the Soccer World Cup (co-invest by Heineken) which was officially tested by a large independent crowd of people. Unfortunately we couldn't produce in time.

I worked for Mitoken in Bangalore, India. Mitoken provides software solutions to drive business processes and knowledge management in enterprises. The idea is that companies need to take decisions faster with better-structured information.
