As a former Product Leader at Stämm, I lead the development of the Bioprocessor, its first product. During that time, I managed a multidisciplinary team, balancing creative potential with the practical needs of stakeholders, while steering our development strategy to deliver our first prototype. Reciently I shifted to System Engineering, overseeing the integration of multiple development teams and aligning their efforts with the overarching goals of the company. My journey at Stämm has been transformative—from helping grow the team from 5 to over 200 people to being part of the initial concept development of innovative technology. Collaborating with brilliant minds like Yuyo, Stämm’s co-founders, and Juan Martín Cabaleiro (current CTO), we pushed the boundaries of innovation, resulting in a patent that marks a milestone in our work.What drives me is the potential to solve meaningful problems through biotechnology. Stämm’s vision aligns with that mission, and I’m committed to helping it become a biotech leader for the next generation.Outside of work, I’m passionate about live music—whether playing drums or facilitating shows for my friends. While my musician days might be winding down, I’ve found joy in supporting others in the creative process.
