I Spearheaded the creation of all educational and promotional content for IE Publishing, IE Exponential Learning, and Headspring Content. Built and grew the creative and audiovisual department at IE, one of Europe’s most prestigious universities.o Directed a team devoted to creating cutting-edge content to increase visibility of courses and products tailored to the needs of executives and professionals.o Mentored junior creative professionals, executives and project managers, in both how to create and stream video content with data-literate acumen.o Oversaw the production of all video content used within IE´s online courses and experienced by the learner.o Branded IE Professors as influencers within their areas of specialisation and created promotional materials with them and their students to attract future intakes to the courses.o Liaised transversally with internal and external collaborators across teams to execute high-quality productions such as brand videos and promotional trailers on a strict yearly EUR 100,000 budget.

Was the driving force and architect of the successful TedX IE Madrid Talks, nurturing this concept from being low-end productions to highly acclaimed and cited sources of knowledge across industries.o After the favorable outcome of TedX IE Madrid, advanced on to build a new area of the IE Exponential Learning brand with ieXL Talks, a series of public speaking events that are live-streamed. o These informative talks were positioned to be insightful and educational stories and ideas from executives, industry leaders, and creative visionaries.
